The project involves the
design and construction
of two 11 storey
Residential Flats.
Furnishing of all
labors, tools, supplies,
equipment and materials
are covered in the
project. The 2 nos. G+10
building has a
total built up area of
16,386 square meters and
serves as the staff
accommodation building.
Description
The 2 nos. G+10
Residential Flats
have typical floor
designs from 1st to the
10th floor. It has a
double identical
11-storey building
component adjacent to
one another. Lifts and
staircases provide traffic from the ground
to the 10th floor. 4
lifts are utilized
for each building and
run at a speed of
1.75 meters per second
with a maximum capacity
of 1000 kg load. Each
building has two
entrances going to the
staircases and the lift
lobby.
The building
overlooks the 3-storey
labor accommodation
buildings and has
abundant car parks in
the front. Interlocking
pavements
cover the whole ground
surrounding the whole
building and it is
coupled with an
impressive-looking
architectural
landscapes.
The ground floor going
up to the 10th floor
has four
identical apartment-type
rooms in the corners.
Sixteen (16) identical
studio type rooms reside on the ground
floor and the 1st floor
going up to the 10th
floor has twenty
(20) identical studio
type rooms. Each room includes a living
room, a dining room, a
kitchen and a toilet.
The building showcases a total of 260
rooms capable of housing
an approximately 500
staff employee.
