A turnkey construction project that houses a 3-storey labor accommodation block and a 3-storey staff accommodation block. A service block is built to accommodate occupants of both buildings. There are 3 numbers of labor accommodation blocks and 1 number of staff accommodation block. 2 sub-station buildings are built to provide power to the area. The total built-up area of the project is over 12,000 square meters

Description
 
Each labor accommodation has a built up area of more than 3000 square meters. There are 2 main entrances leading to the staircases, an exit door on both sides of the building and 2 exit doors/lobbies at the back of the building. Staircases on both sides provide access from the ground floor going up. A 2-meter wide corridor separates each room in the hall way. Ground floor has the regular amenities like the garbage rooms, laundry rooms, pump room and electrical room, showers, toilets and wash rooms. it also houses 2 kitchens and 2 dining areas on both sides of the building. There are 12 identical studio type rooms with floor area of more than 27 square meters.


1st and 2nd Floor have identical floor designs. Staircases will provide traffic coming from the ground going to the 2nd floor. The 2 meter wide corridor w divides each room in the hallway. The labor accommodation block has 22 identical studio type rooms with floor area of more than 27 square meters.
It is capable of housing more than 600 workers.


The Staff Accommodation Block has total built up area of more than 3000 square meters. Ground floor has 18 identical flat-type rooms with a floor area of approximately 38 square meters. Each Flat type room has one kitchen and one toilet inside.


It has  2-identical flat type rooms with 36 square meters of floor area and these rooms are adjacent to the stairs on both ends. The rest of the rooms are all identical with an area of 38 square meters. All flat type rooms have 1 kitchen and 1 toilet inside.
The staff accommodation block is capable of housing more than 120 office staff.


The building blocks have spacious parking lots on both ends and pavement works of interlocking tiles and curb stones. An elegant landscaping works add attraction from the outside and inside view of the blocks. For recreational activities, an open court is built inside the open-area of the lobby.
