The Pre-cast Factory is a turnkey construction that will houses a total built-up area of approximately 220,000 square feet. It includes the pre-cast factory, the pre-cast head office and the storage warehouses.
 
Description

A state-of-the-art pre-cast factory that utilizes the both the holllowcore panels and the Pre-Engineered Steel Building Systems. The shed for the warehouse covers an area of approximately 27,500 square feet and is adjacent to the lot designated for the storage or stock pile area. The storage lot area has more than 200,000 square feet. Parallel the storage area is the factory's 2-storey office with an estimated area of 5,800 square feet. The entrance of the factory features an automatic boom gate system to provide necessary entrance security. The office shall has ample parking spaces and interlocking pavements.

The Pre-cast/Pre-stressed Concrete and Hollow Core Factory.
The modern factory covers a total built up area of more than 190,000 square feet. The factory features the  modern and most up-to-date machinery and equipment for manufacturing of the pre-cast walls and pre-stressed hollow core slabs. The production lines  have dedicated concrete batching plants. Environment-control Concrete mixers and Cement Storage Silos are located at the side of the production plant. It has spacious area for material delivery and storage. The whole perimeter area of the production plant is covered by fence to restrict access of animals and unauthorized personnel.
